RETURNS & REFUNDS

STOCK LABELS: You can return new, unopened stock labels within 30 days of delivery. You’ll receive a full refund (minus original shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee). You’ll also have to pay the shipping charges to send the labels back to us.

CUSTOM LABELS: Unfortunately, you cannot return custom labels unless they are defective, (for example if the labels have a typo or smeared ink etc.) Keep in mind, we’ll email you a proof of your label before we go to print. It’s your responsibility to make sure they are exactly what you want.

If you need to return labels, please call our office at (315) 992-8800 and we’ll work with you to get you replacement labels or a full refund. If you need to send defective labels back to us, we’ll pick up the cost. We’re all about happy customers so give us a call and we’ll resolve any issues you might have.

If we receive your labels within 30 days of your order date, the credit card company allows us to credit your credit card. After 30 days, we have to send you a check. The check will be mailed to you the first business day after we receive your labels. We will email you that your check is on it’s way!​
